Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of syncpath.ai and anything offered through it, including the demos, reference tests, email lists, accounts, early-member spots, contributor offers, the site assistant and any text messages we send (together, the "services"). By using the services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
Who can use the services
You must be 18 or older to take the tests, create an account, claim an early-member spot, sign up for messages or make a contributor offer. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
What this site is
syncpath.ai shows how Paragon is being built and lets you follow its progress. Paragon is under active development. Demos on this site are simulations and are not connected to Paragon. Features, timelines, offers and availability described on the site can change, pause or end at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account. Tell us at raffael@syncpath.ai if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from the Account panel. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the services or other people at risk.
Email lists, early-member spots and contributor offers
You choose which emails you receive and can unsubscribe from any of them at any time. Early-member spots and any related builds are offered free, at our discretion and while the offer lasts. Claiming a spot or offering to contribute creates no employment, partnership, payment or other obligation for you or for us, and does not by itself grant access to development material.
Text messages
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from SyncPath Technologies, Inc. at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact raffael@syncpath.ai. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you submit, such as test answers, written answers, Dream State choices, contributor details and assistant questions. You give SyncPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, analyze and build on that material to run the services and to develop and improve Paragon, as described in the Privacy notice. Please don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anyone else's personal information.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the services. That includes trying to break, overload or get around the site's security or limits; submitting automated, false or bulk entries; accessing private areas or other people's accounts without permission; scraping the site in ways that harm it; or using the services for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
The site assistant
The site assistant uses AI to write its answers. Answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice. Check anything important before relying on it.
Our content
The site, its text, design, logos, the SyncPath and Paragon names, and the material we publish belong to SyncPath or the people who license it to us. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission. Third-party products and projects we credit belong to their owners.
Other services
The services rely on and may link to services run by others. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
No warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, SyncPath makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and does not promise that the services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SyncPath and its officers, employees and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover SyncPath for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the services or your breach of these terms.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms as the services grow. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do, and will tell you by email about significant changes that affect your account. Using the services after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the services at any time, and we may change, suspend or end any part of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
